These sessions cover the content as above the group course but offer you the chance to have the course tailored to you, baby & birth location: the basics of hypnobirthing, the physiology of birth, how the mind and body work together and how fear affects the birthing woman, along with the role your birth companion can play and how they can support you.  Alongside what to expect when you have your baby, regular relaxation practice, induction information, step by step what to happens during each stage of labour and tools/tricks for coping
